All Sales Are Final

Due to the unique nature and limited availability of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer exchanges for any items purchased. We encourage you to review your order carefully before completing your purchase.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at shop@thetassiemart.com.au within 5 days of delivery. To help us resolve the issue swiftly, please include your order number and clear photographs of the damage or incorrect item. We will assess the situation and work to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement if available, or a refund, at our discretion.


Refund Processing (If Applicable)

If a refund is issued due to a damaged or incorrect item, or an order cancellation initiated by us, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
